Meet Dr. Kat Richardson

Dr. Katharine Richardson grew up in Satellite Beach, Florida and attended Satellite High School where she played soccer. She continued her soccer career into the collegiate level at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It was there that Dr. Richardson found her passion for health and wellness of the human body. She majored in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Leadership focusing on nutritional and biomechanical research while working with NFL combine athletes.

Dr. Richardson moved north to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL where she learned a variety of techniques including Flexion and Distraction, Activator, Acupuncture and natural healing to treat pain, injuries and restore individuals to optimal function. Dr. Richardson resides in the Melbourne area with her husband Alec and her newborn twins. Her hobbies include lifting weights, fishing, and painting.
